Our mission is to create a vibrant community of researchers passionate about understanding the complex interactions between plant structure and function. If you are interested in functional structural plant models, we invite you to subscribe and become part of this exciting initiative.
What is the FSPM Forum about?
The FSPM Forum provides a space for researchers at all levels to connect, share knowledge, and collaborate on cutting-edge research in the field of functional structural plant models. Whether you are an experienced researcher or just starting out, our forum is a place to ask questions, share ideas, and learn from each other. We believe that by fostering an environment of open communication and collaboration, we can advance our collective understanding of plants and their interactions with the ecosystem.
Forum Sections:
- Community Section: Share FSPM-related announcements, job opportunities, and suggestions for improving the forum.
- Data Acquisition Section: Discuss the challenges and best practices for obtaining accurate plant data for FSPM models.
- Modeling Section: Delve into modeling processes, algorithms, integration of models and data, and interesting examples of models.
- Software Section: Discuss FSPM software tools such as CPlantBox, GroImp, OpenAlea, Virtual Plant Lab, and more.
- Statistics Section: Explore the application of statistics within the context of FSPM.
- Use Cases Section: Showcase example use cases, tutorials, and model applications that you find interesting or are proud of.
