New GroIMP release (groimp 2.0)

Hi,

the developers of GroIMP recently released a new version (groimp 2.0).

As indicated by @gaetanH:

  • Please notice that this version requires java 11.
  • If you want to start the software as command line you can use java -Xverify:none -jar core.jar
