Is there an implementation of a C4 photosynthesis model in the OpenAlea project similar to the “Farquhar Wheat” model ( farquhar-wheat/farquharwheat at 62bd7bf117de613f25d1367a10ab528c46903f14 · openalea-incubator/farquhar-wheat · GitHub )? I was looking around the Adel-maize code to see where photosynthesis was implemented and didn’t see it. I apologize if I am missing something obvious!
The Farquhar Wheat model is really fantastic, by the way!
